I noticided my watch wasn't vibrating when notifications come in. I can see the notifications, just not getting notified. I've gone through all of the troubleshooting to include; restarting the Blaze and the mobile device, I've turned off the Blaze and back on, I've logged off the app and the Blaze (and forgot the device on bluetooth) and turned everything back on. I've even tried deleting the Fitbit app and starting all over again.
Also, it is turning off when I call my phone to see if I've fixed it. I set up an alarm. When the alarm goes off, the Blaze turns off.
I've tried everything I can think of, and everything I can find here. I attempted to use the contact feature through Twitter, but did not get a response.
