I upgraded my Charge HR to a Blaze at the end of March - something I am very much beginning to regret.
From day 1 it would not sync to Challenges and is still not, I am waiting on Fitbit's technical department to sort this one out - have reverted back to my Charge HR and that syncs to Challenges just fine.
For the last two days now I have no active minutes recorded despite running and walking over 13 km's, hr monitor not working on automatic and my sleep has not recorded since 18 April.
I am getting more and more frustrated with the Blaze, have reset several times and tried numerous things to no avail.
Anybody else having these problems ?
