Blaze not logging exercises

Good morning,

Over the past week or so I've noticed that my Blaze is not logging data from exercise or activity.  There are at least four days of gym exercise and outdoor activity that wasn't logged.  When I've tripped the setting to "exercise" to log gym time, everything visually is functioning.  I've synced twice since last week.  But just this morning I checked my dashboard and there is nothing there since June 13.  Is anyone else having a problem like this?  Maybe I've sweated and been too vigorous...

Welcome to the Community Forums @MattR71! I'm sorry for the late response. 

While reading your post I was wondering if you're still having this issue with your exercises? If so, I'd recommend trying the following:

  • Log out of your Fitbit app
  • Force quit the app
  • Restart your Blaze 
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fitbit app

If your exercises don't sync as expected, I'd appreciate if you can send me a screenshot showing your exercise history.
