Blaze not longer responding

 I have tried restarting blaze by holding buttons, charged it, no green lights no Fitbit app appears no background screen color either. Crazy that we just purchased Black Friday last year and it just stopped working around Black Friday this year. Need help.

Thanks for trying to restart and charge your Blaze prior posting. I know how you're feeling since your tracker should be working well and let me help you out with this. Based on its current behavior, I'd recommend to give a try to the following steps:

 

  1. Clean the gold contacts on your Blaze and charging cable.
  2. Check the alignment and try reconnecting your Blaze to the charging cable.
  3. Try a different USB port or a UL-certified wall charger.
  4. Restart your Blaze one more time.
