Is t that it doesn't vibrate. Or that your not receiving notifications.
Have you tried a restart or shutdown/power up of the Blaze?

If your Blaze isn't vibrating, I recommend restarting it. After the restart process, set an alarm and see if it works. To set an alarm you just need to swipe to alarms, tap New Alarm, set the time and wait.
