I recently brought a Blaze fireplace my previous Charge 2, on recommendations I installed the Fitbit app as I could not receive notifications. This works fine with texts now but I do not receive call notifications. I have a Samsung J5. I didn't have any problems with my Charge.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. Keep in mind that in order to connect successfully your tracker with your phone, it needs to be a compatible mobile device. Have you checked if your phone is compatible? If you haven't, check it here.
If a phone isn't compatible, it doesn't mean that it won't work with your tracker but you might experience some connectivity issues. You can always try the instructions provide in the help article My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone but I don't guarantee it will work 100%.

Thanks for your message. Whatever was wrong seems to have sorted itself and I am now receiving all notifications
