Why can I not get notifications on my Blaze from the S8? It is on the list of compatible devices.

I'm having the same issue. I've been struggling for the past 4 weeks. I just gave up and turned off my notifications.

That sucks I updated my phone and only reason I bought the blaze was it had notifications and my s8 was on the approved list cone on fitbit figure it out

This is pretty much the only response I have seen from Fitbit explaining why none of our Blaze watches are working. They're saying its not the firmware update that has messed everything up but our Samsung phones, which is crazy because my phone works fine with everything else I use via Bluetooth. Plus how could it be the phones when so many people who use Apple, Google, and Samsung devices are all having issues with the Blaze? The notifications were the only real reason I got a Fitbit in the first place and now I don't get them. Also its not only the Blaze watches, all the other watches that have similar features (aka receiving notifications) seem to be having issues. If it was a for sure thing that the Ionic would sync to my Galaxy S8 and I would get all the features I would replace my Blaze with a Ionic.

Unfortunately your friend was last posting about this over 2 months ago.
I'm sure we would all love to be able to stop asking this question. It would be great if a fitbit representative would just speak to Samsung and solve the problem and update us instead of these stock responses that are everywhere.
