I'm not receiving any notifications!? No calls or text? What am I doing wrong? I have the Samsung 8+ which says is compatible for the Blaze?

I'm sorry you're having problems getting your Blaze to receive the notifications from your Samsung Galaxy S8+.
I would recommend going to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and see if the Blaze shows as a connected device. If it does, tap on it, then look for the "Forget Device" option to remove the Blaze from your phone.
After that, it would be good to restart your Blaze. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.
After that, go to the Fitbit app, tap on the icon of the Blaze at the top right corner and scroll down to "Notifications". Enable them and ask someone to call you or send you a text and see if that works.

It won't connect to bluetooth..It keeps telling me it's rejecting pairing?

I tried all of the above & nothing. I cannot get it to connect to the bluetooth. So frustrating!
