Blaze not receiving notifications

Hi I'm using S8 Samsung and trying to do notification on the Fitbit blaze but fail ... Kindly advice. I tried many way but still cannot is it not support.

It's great to see you around @Annabdol. Have you already setup the notifications? If you haven't, I recommend following the instructions provided in the How do I setup the calls/texts notifications? (Android app) post. Now, if you have already setup the notifications but aren't receiving them, follow the steps provided by our friend @MarreFitbit in the My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app) post.

I recently got a samsung s8+ and am now having the same problem.  No notifications, it worked perfect with my LG I just replaced.  Doesn't sync very well either.

I got my blaze last night has been nothing but trouble ever since. I spent an hour today on the phone with customer-service for fitment and argued with a worker about whether or not it is a compatible device for the blaze or not. A clearly States on the fitbit website that the Samsung Galaxy S8 and the 5th it plays are compatible devices yet they do not work together. 

 

This isn't right you shouldn't advertise it as being compatible if it's not compatible something needs done immediately
