I have tried everything followed every direction 20 times. Still I can't get notifications from my Samsung s8+. There has to be something I'm missing. Very frustrated

@Ladyvols814, here are some instructions on notifications for android phone. Sometimes have to many Bluetooth devices will affect your notifications. See link below for trouble shooting notifications on your mobile device. Link is from Fitbit website.

If your tracker is not receiving notifications, I recommend following the instructions provided by our friend @MarreFitbit in the My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app) post. I also recommend verifying that your bluetooth and location are on at the moment of syncing.
Let me know the outcome.

having comparability issues with the galaxy s8+. They are aware and trying
to make corrections. I tried everything everyone said at least 15 times
before calling customer service and they went through the same steps.
That's when it was finally decided it is compatibility issues. They will
send updates when they get it fixed. I hope it's very soon because it's
frustrating they have my phone listed as compatible and it's not.

@Ladyvols814, at least you know why your phone was not syncing. For what it's worth I did not have a phone or computer for 3 weeks. I thought for sure that all of my data was not going to be available when I was able to sync my blaze. To my surprise all my data was their. I did not get the graphs but all my data was their. Hopefully they will have a solution for you soon. But if not don't worry your data will be their. I'm not sure how many weeks of data can be stored on the blaze without syncing but I do know it will store 3 weeks. Good luck
