I have tried the following troubleshooting items listed in various posts and still cannot get my Blaze to send any notifications other than call notifications.
I've turned on/off Blaze (hold button on left and lower right until Fitbit logo appears)
I've turned on/off the Bluetooth on my iPhone
I've done "Forget this Device" for my Blaze
I've "Set Up a Device" and paired my Blaze
I've toggled my notifications to on/off multiple times
I've reset iPhone multiple times
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I've scoured these boards and have tried everything listed, however I am still not having luck when others seem to be up and running after following the steps provided in many boards.

I received the firmware update in Fitbit this morning, updated, and still does not work. Again, I've tried all troubleshooting listed above.
