When is there going to be an update? Text messages don't work on the iPhone 8plus!

A warm welcome to the Community @Connw. First, I recommend making sure that your phone is a compatible mobile device. After checking this, take a look at the My Tracker isn't receiving notifications (iOS Fitbit app) post and follow the instructions provided there.

That’s the problem.  It’s not compatible.  My question is when will it be?  I hate to think I spent $250 on a tracker that is ever going to be. The phone has been out for 3 months already.  How long does a. Update take?

I don't have that information @Connw, I just can suggest you to keep an eye on our list of compatible mobile devices for any update. Have you tried the steps provided in the post I provided before? If you haven't, try them.

I just got my Blaze and my phone ZTE Blade and phone which will not receive text or call notifications. Will there be an update for this ZTE Blade phone as well?
