Having purchased my Fitbit Blaze in December 2017, I can say that I am very disappointed with it. It doesn't matter what I do, I cannot get any notifications to my Blaze, it is syncing to my phone and connected by Bluetooth, but it will not give me any message, phone notifications at all. I have made sure all my settings are correct, I have removed the app from my Samsung Galaxy s8 and reinstalled it, but.......nothing. I really think that for almost $200 it should do everything Fitbit claims it should! I am really in 2 minds whether to return it for a refund, or stick it out and see if there is some kind of update coming, but after reading posts on the community forums here I think It is a problem to which there is no solution. Thank you for listening to this very disappointed Fitbit Blaze owner.........:( 😞 😞 😞

If you’re able to return, I would. I’ve been waiting 75 days with no solution. I have an iOS but the “be patient” replies from Fitbit are getting really annoying.
