My Blaze is not receiving text. I have done all of the troubleshooting options. Music control works fine syncing is fine all stats are reading as normal. Receiving text and calls seems to be the only thing wrong.

Best AnswerI think you guys are using iPhones here. Turn on message history both on the device and in your setting in iPhone. It has to be turned on in both places. Go into both iPhone settings and inside of the Fitbit app itself. I had this problem and that's how I got it to work .unfortunately I just switched to an android phone so I forget the name is the setting exactly.
