Fitbit Blaze will not hold charge

Not sure what else to do. I have reset Fitbit and did sync. Have also done update. My Fitbit Blaze will not hold charge. My mom has one and it holds a charge for 5 or 6 days. Help!

Then  Do a Restart

I am sorry to hear that your Blaze isn't holding a charge and would like to know if the instructions provided by our friend worked? Are you still having issues with your battery?
