My Fitbit Blaze won't hold a charge for longer than 5 hours. All day sync, notifications, alarms, and always connected are all turned off...even heart rate monitoring. It still wont hold a charge with all of that stuff off...Is there anything I can do, or is it time for a new unit? And is there anything Fitbit can to do help with replacement, or cost?

Hello @DOHCtorB! 🙂 I'm glad to see you in the Fitbit Community Forums!
I'm sorry you're having such a bad experience with your Fitbit Blaze 😕 but I'll be happy to help you out with this.
Since the charge is not lasting for more than 5 hours when it should last for at least 5 days with a regular usage, I've gone ahead and escalated your case to the Support Team for them to take a look and see what could be going on and offer you with the best options to get you back on track.
Keep an eye on your inbox for further instructions and if you need anything else, let me know. I'll be happy to help you out!

Having a similar problem. My Fitbit Blaze is not holding the charge. Charged 3 times today and only lasting @ 2-3 hours.
