Losing phone connection

For a number of weeks now I have struggled with the Bluetooth connection between my blaze and my phone (the connection is fine between the phone and other devices). It will lose connection during GPS tracked workouts and give me mental looking maps young the odd points it finds the phone again. Now it seems to have given up all together and won't even find the phone when I want to start tracking a run or walk or anything. I have tried the troubleshooting ideas with no joy, please help.

A warm welcome to the Community @CraigEVD, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself.

 

If your tracker is having a hard time connecting to your phone's GPS, I recommend taking a look at the My Blaze GPS is not working post and follow the instructions provided there.

No joy I'm afraid 😞

Won't maintain a connection with the phone GPS when tracking a run/walk/cycle.

Hey @SSGB81, welcome to the Community.

 

If your Blaze connected GPS feature isn't working, follow the instructions provided in the help article Why isn't GPS working on my Fitbit device?. Also, I recommend checking if your phone is a compatible mobile device.
