After about 2 to 3 miles it stops recording my bike distance and time it looks right on the map but after about a 2 hour ride it says I only rod ed 3 miles. Any idea?

In order to find out if there is any way to swap out to a newer Fitbit device, I created a case with Customer Support. Please check your inbox on the next days. They will let you know how to proceed as soon as possible.

I most definitely would Ike to take advantage of the discount. I wanted though to purchase the Ionic but it would not give me the extra 40%. i Chatted with someone and they said the link They sent me would be good also for the Ionic. Now I hear that's not true. Is there anyway I can get the additional discount ? The versa won't work for me. I need the Ionic with the built in GPS
