Blaze not responding and screen won't swipe

Hi, I have my blaze for 3 years and love it ! 4 days ago, my watch act weird... Its open 1 every 5 time I try to look at it and the screen wont swipe! The button seems to work when I hold them for Notification or Updates but nothing when I swipe. I try to Reboot it maybe 40 times but nothing change!? I dont no what to do now!? (Sorry îm french (qc) ) thanks for your help

Hello LiliyaFitbit, Thanks for helping me. 

I did Restart my fitbit device (10x)  as showed in your link. And my watch as been on the charge for 20 hours. So yes its suppose to be charge but I cant see the Battery Icone because I cant swipe my screen.

Any other ideas ?
