Charge it for 2 hours... if it was completely dead, they it should have restarted as the batter charged. You can also press and hold the left and bottom right buttons at the same time to reset it.

Stuck buttons wont stop you from swiping the screen to settings, now tap screen, swipe up to "Shutdown", tap and confirm.

No try oressing any of the buttons to turn on. Or place it into its charger and plug into power.

It does if you are stuck inside the "today" function. Can't swipe to the settings function

my Blaze was completely "froze" once, it wouldnt respond to touch screen swipes or buttons. If this is what you mean, Hold all 3 buttons down for a few seconds. this resets and reboots the device. worked for me, hope this helps.

I think you press and hold the left and the bottom right buttons until the device resets

Hello all, I hope you are doing fine!

Regarding to the inconveniences you are having with your Blaze buttons, keep in mind that you may be able to remove dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air. Hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Happy

Those are great news @SueL999. I am glad to hear that you will be receiving a new Blaze, at the moment of having it, you can follow these steps to set it up from your Fitbit app:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.

Keep the stepping up! Woman Happy
