I have had my Blaze for about 2 months and all has been fine until the last half hour.
i noticed that the clock was behind, then noticed it was frozen and wouldn't sync with my phone. it now seems to be stuck in a cycle of resetting back to the fitbit logo with a buzz, then freezing on the clock, then resetting.
i have no functionallity on it at all.
i have tried resetting it as per the guidance on the website, and have tried plugging it into the charging dock to see if that would help, both to no avail.
has my blaze become an expensive piece of arm art, or is there a way i can get it to reset?

Hi @robslusar - Sorry that you are having difficulty! If you have restarted your Blaze and it is still not behaving properly, I would reach out to customer support for assistance. If your Blaze is only 2 months old, you should still be under warranty. Let us know how you make out.
