When I first brought my fitbit the battery life was 5-6 days now down to 1-2 days since I brought it every time I charged it up it would take 2-3 days of me messing about reconnecting it to my phone/laptop now I have the aria 2 which is great however due to my blaze having short battery life it sees me as a guest and by the time I get it syncing properly again I'm back to square one due to needing to recharge
Please help as I've had my blaze for just over a year and it's been sat on the side longer than actually using it!

I'm sorry to hear you're having problems with your Blaze battery not lasting as it should and also about it not syncing properly. Thanks for what you've tried to get it working!
When it comes to the syncing problem, have you tried by any chance to give it a restart? If not, You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot and this should help making your tracker to sync properly.
Now, when it comes to the battery not lasting as it should, I can recommend putting your tracker to charge and once it's fully charged, take it off the charger and put it on. Sync it and use it as you would normally do. Make sure to sync it frequently after this (every one or two hours at least) so that the battery levels are recorded on the app logs and once the battery dies, let me know so that I can take a closer look and then we can move forward with other options to get you back on track.
