Blaze not syncing constantly

I love my Fitbit Blaze but lately I get really frustrated not sure if it is from the updates but synchronization fails most of the time. For synchronization when 4 to 5 times refreshing I am lucky then it works, never automatically! However this is active. When I go for a run, phone not found, again then reset watch, then restarting my phone still phone not found then change the Bluetooth to pair and yes it works! The next time it works when restarting my phone, oh I hate this. Can't it not made that it always works?

It's great to see you around @Michel-nl and thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself.

First, I recommend checking if your phone is a compatible mobile device. Keep in mind that your phone needs to be compatible in order to connect properly with your tracker. Once you verify this, follow the instructions provided in the Having trouble syncing? post.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Happy

Thanks, my phone is a Samsung galaxy S6 edge, there are a few million people with this phone , i hope your blaze is compatible 😀

And it works after several synchronization attemps.  But not by it self ! It worked but lately not any more, not very enthusiastic any more with my blaze.

Thanks for the update @Michel-nl, it's great to hear that your tracker synced. Is the "All Day Sync" option on? If you don't have this option, I recommend turning it on by doing the following:

  1. Tap the Blaze icon
  2. Enable All-Day Sync

Also, remember that you need to have internet connection and the bluetooth on in order to connect the tracker.

I hope this helps. Woman Happy
