I've had issues with my fitibit Blaze. I let the battery die. Since recharging I cannot get the thing to sync to my iphone app. Now I'm sitting at the computer with it plugged in trying to sync it and I get the "is your device on" "unable to locate" messages. Anyone experiecing this? I've had the thing about 6 months.

If you have not done this yet try restarting your unit per the instructions here. This basically reboots the software. Restart it a couple of times in a row and then see if it can be seen.

It's great to welcome you @Soccermom46 and @wtksk8r thanks for stopping by.
Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. If your tracker is not syncing, I recommend following the instructions provided in the I can't sync my tracker - iOS app post.
I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. ![]()
