I can not sync my Bkaze to my iPhone as it’s not finding it as a device. It was working fine a few days ago but now nothing. I’ve tried turning both phone and Blaze off removing and re installing the App.
Not sure what else to do?

I'm sorry you're having problems getting your Blaze to sync with your iPhone 😕 Thanks for what you've already tried to get this to work though!
I'd like to know... Which iPhone is it the one you're trying to sync to? By any chance, did you update your iOS to the latest version recently? Did you notice that maybe your tracker stopped syncing after you synced to the latest version?
It's not a confirmed issue but I noticed someone else was also having problems syncing their Blaze to an iPhone right after updating the OS version, so I would just like to see if it's related.
In the meantime, have you tried to set up your tracker as a new device? If not, you can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.
Try that out and let me know how it goes and anything else, I'm here to help!
