Hi Fitbit
I recently bought the new fitbit blaze and loved it worked perfectly with my Sony Xperia XA1 one of Sony's new phones the notifications were going great but then they stopped working all of a sudden can one of you help me fix this and yes the Xperia XA1 isn't in the compatible devices. But it was working great until I had to restart it the first time.

A warm welcome to the Community @ShadowGuy! Thanks for the details you've mentioned. I've noticed that some users are able to sync their devices that aren't in the list but I can't confirm they will always sync as they haven't been tested by Fitbit.
You can try this troubleshoot for notifications but I can't assure this will work. Fitbit is always adding new phones to the list as our priority is that you can fully enjoy your Fitbit tracker.
