Blaze not syncing

I noticed today after a 12 mile run that my Blaze hasn’t synced for over a week. The app says it is looking, then jumps to syncing then back to looking. I have restarted the app, my  Blaze and my phone. I deleted and reinstalled the Fitbit app. Nothing has fixed the issue. I’m not sure what else I can do/try to fix this issue.

I'm sorry to hear that your tracker is not syncing correctly 😕

 

Since you have already tried restarting your phone, the app and have tried to uninsntall the app and reinstall it to no avail, I can probably recommend setting it up as a new device.

 

First, restart it one more time by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot and after that, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.

Mine has not synced either since Friday 5pm.  I've also done some troubleshooting and nothing.  If we do what you recommended will it delete our activity?

In this situation, yes. If your tracker hasn't synced since Friday, all the information that has not been synced will be deleted. All your past information will remain there.

 

Try it out and let me know if that works for you!

I was having the same problem--no sync for almost a week and all the other troubleshooting didn't fix the issue. This solution worked for me. Thanks!

I did the reset recommended and it did sync plus I did not loose my data...THAT WAS EXITING - hope it worked for you as well
