I have reset my Blaze five times, turned off the notifications, reset Bluetooth, shut down my iPhone multiple times and all the Fitbit App does is "looking" and has not synced since 4:58 this evening, help.

@FerdinandFitbit The last 4 versions of the android app have had a ton of problems syncing. I've done all the recommended troubleshooting and it's still a problem. The very latest version is mostly OK, but it will sometimes say that it synced, but it didn't get all the data, then it will start again, but the bar won't go anywhere. I can always tell it's a problem because the "big" stat in the middle of the screen changes  from steps. I can kill the app and sync again and it's usually fine, except that it for some reason has started logging me out when I kill the app.

Things I've tried:

1) Restart phone

2) Restart Blaze

3) Remove Blaze and setup as new device

4) Different Blaze

Because I haven't been able to sync with my PC for almost 1.5 years, this is really a problem.

I just got my blaze and was having this issue.  The following is what I ended up doing and it seems to be working now.

1) removed my Charge 2 from Bluetooth pairing

2) removed my charge 2 from fitbit application

3) removed Blaze from Fitbit application

4) removed Fitbit application from my phone

5) restarted my phone

6) reinstalled the application

7) added the Blaze back in the Fitbit application

😎 confirmed it was paired with phone

it has been syncing since.  Also had issue getting notifications until I removed the Charge 2.  Seems to get confused with 2 devices setup.

Hope this helps.

Same issue and had to repeat steps 3 times and finally updated.  Frustrating

Finally updated it's firmware after 10 attempts, synced twice, never synced again. On its way back for a refund. Wasted SO MUCH time. No more Fitbit for me.
