My battery went dead on my watch. I charged it while I was at work. When I came home to put my watch back on. It will not sync. I have tried everything. Unpaired and paired my phone and watch. Nothing is working.

Was one of the things you tried a restart of the Blaze using this procedure:
If so, how many times did you try it? It's known to not always work and it's recommended to try it at least 3 times.
