Help! My blaze stopped syncing with my phone on 7/22..... When I try to manually sync it stays there and 'spins' but doesn't sync. What do I do?

My blaze stopped syncing 2 weeks ago and now when I try to manually sync just stays in the looking mode. What do I do?

Hi @David5311

 

Make sure the latest fitbit app version for the phone is installed.

 

Feel free restarting the tracker & the phone.

 

Restart the tracker
