I've had this issue as well. I've found at times using mobile data over wifi helps. Or simply turning on bluetooth classic. But it's an issue that needs to be corrected with a firmware update from Fitbit. Nothing you're doing to cause this.
Best AnswerMy Blaze was not syncing with my Android phone last night and early this morning. But it just did sync up. Not sure what was going on. I tried rebooting the phone, the blaze, reconnecting bluetooth and several other things. Never did figure it out. Just glad it's working now.

@viylette Welcome to the Community! Thanks for the troubleshoot that you've done. It seems that your V10 isn't in the list of supported devices. That may be the reason why your Blaze isn't fully syncing with your mobile device.
Fitbit is always adding new mobile devices to the list. So, keep an eye on it
