Hi! Any help appreciated!
My fitbit app shows that my fitbit is syncing data with my blaze. However it constantly says its low battery on the app after a full charge, it always says software needs updating after updating multiple times. My blaze features like relax and fitstar no longer work as they require to be synced with the app.
Also when bluetooth is on my blaze device is listed as not available.
I have followed all current advice on the fitbit help section of syncing problems but nothing is working? Help!

Hi,
Do you have both bluetooth modes enabled (regular and classic)? I've found that disabling classic, forgetting both regular and classic devices on your phone, re-sync'ing with classic off and then re-enabling classic mode has done the trick in the past. Easier way to remember:
1) Disable Bluetooth Classic on the blaze (settings menu)
2) On your 'phone, forget Blaze and Blaze (Classic)
3) Re-pair the Blaze
4) Re-enable Bluetooth Classic on the Blaze
5) Re-pair the Blaze (Classic) device.
