Blaze not syncing

My phone cannot find my Fitbit Blaze. I have tried everything, including restarting the Fitbit and phone, re-installing the app, etc. My phone simply cannot find my Fitbit anymore. Help!

It's great to see you around @Caramel_Lay_D, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself.

 

If your tracker is not syncing, I recommend following the instructions provided in the Having trouble syncing? post. After these steps your tracker should sync properly.

Thanks.  I tried those steps and still no success.  I have now not been able to sync my phone to my fitbit Blaze for over two weeks.  😞

have you tried to sync via computer.? mine did that be for and I went in the app turn off the all ways connected and such and did it manualy and it worked. I also notice that if the battery power is low it makes it hard to sync..
