Blaze wont turn on

My Blaze wouldn't turn on. I left it on charge for an entire day and it still wouldn't display or show anything at all. I have tried restarting the device multiple times .. it just vibrates each time for few seconds but doesn't light up/work. Could someone help?

I would contact support. Please let them know you have restarted it several times

First of all, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. I would like to know if you followed our friend's recommendation and get in touch with our support team? Did you receive a solution from them?

Thank you ladies @WendyB and @AlejandraFitbit for your suggestion ! I did speak to the customer support and they are sending me in a replacement device !!  Yayieee .. But I feel so lost without my FitBit!! Thanks a ton ladies !

Those are great news @SadhanaRaj, I am glad to hear that you will be receiving a replacement. At the moment of receiving you can follow these steps from your Fitbit app to set it up:

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

 

If you need anything else, do not hesitate in posting it.
