Blaze not syncing

Getting so annoyed with Fitbit... app just does not sync, takes days! Unless I keep pulling the page down and fussing! Sleep monitor is well out too! There is a problem all the time with something. Was thinking of upgrading from the Blaze but I think Garmin is gonna win very soon!

Hey @BAMBIGIRL, it's great to see you participating in the Community.

 

Could you please tell me which phone you have? Have you checked if it is compatible? If you haven't, I recommend checking that here.

 

In the meantime, please take a look at the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provide there. Personal experience, my phone isn't compatible and to make it sync with my tracker, I just confirm that I have internet connection, Bluetooth and location on. It might take some minutes but it always sync, maybe this works for you too.
