Blaze not syncing

My Blaxe will not sync manually or automatically for the last couple of days.  Ive tried every suggested troubleshooting method of shutting down both app and Blaze, pairing and unpairing, I've even deleted and reinstalled my app, etc. Nothing seems to work.  Any new suggestions?

I actually figured it out!  I had to unpaired my blaze (the actual fitbit) and the other one that was paired (the music component) on my bluetooth. When I went to my bluetooth in my setting Blaze was in there twice if that makes sense?  Then I paired them again and it worked perfectly! I hope that helps you!

Mine won't sync either.  I cannot even get it to power down.  I've removed the app from my phone and turned off Bluetooth.  Now I cannot add the device because it won't detect it.  Is there another way to shut it off?  I've tried the left button with the bottom right and nothing.  I'm very frustrated.

I'm having syncing issues as well. It syncs fine with my ipad, but not my Galaxy S7. I have to shut down, remove Bluetooth... every single time just to get it to sync with my phone. I'd love upgrade, but at this point its pointless since I wouldn't enjoy the features because of syncing issues. Why does it work for apple so easily and not android? So annoying.

My Fitbit hasn't synced since yesterday at 7:37 pm. Nothing on here has helped me.

Im so fed up with it. The battery is almost dead so I’m hoping that since it’ll be dead i can charge it and start to reinstall. I am unable to lower it down so figured I’d run the battery dead. I did the upgrade a few days ago and have had problems since then
