I keep getting the same emails repeated at least twice on my Fitbit Blaze. Is there a way to just inform me once and no more than once?

It's great to welcome you @haroldg12.
Have you tried to unpair your Blaze from your phone's Bluetooth settings? If you haven't, I recommend trying this, then pair it and test your Blaze.
