Blaze not taking charge

Yesterday my fitbit would only show the fitbit logo.  On the forums it told me to do a reset (pressing the left and lower right button).  When I did that the logo would blink, but still remain.  The other suggestion was to let the watch's battery completely drain and then recharge.  The watch has been charging 5 hours, but it has not acting like it is getting any charge and will not turn on.  Any other suggestions?
