Time not synchronising

My Blaze is synchronised with

my mobile device Lenovo K5 vibe.

The time always shows USA eastern time and is not synchronising with Indian standard time which is on my mobile.All other data is synchronising.

Only time is not.

Thank you for sharing all this information, before considering other options, please make sure that your time zone is correct in the Fitbit app or Fitbit account, you can follow the steps described in this article. Make sure to check if the automatic time zone setting in your app is on or off as well.
