Heart rate stopped working

Hey there.

 

Owned this Fitbit Blaze for 2+ years now and about 1 week ago the heart rate stopped recording.  I've reset many times, and followed all the general advice here on this forum. Nothing changes.  Green lights flash according to setting, but no heart rate.

 

I'm guessing this isn't repairable?  Please advise.

Also, thank you for confirming that you already tried to restart multiple times. I've gone ahead and sent your information to the Customer Support team for further assistance, so you should be getting a reply soon.
