Blaze not tracking sleep

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Blaze has not tracked my sleep for a couple of days. I have restarted it multiple times. I started trying to get more sleep and was very disappointed that it all of a sudden stopped tracking my sleep right as I am trying to do better with getting more sleep. Any suggestions besides restarting the tracker which I have done already.

Hello

Are you saying that your blaze is not tracking sleep at all or just the stages not showing?   You may want to check you settings for sleep sensitivity on your app under advanced settings as well as your heartrate set to ON.    If you use the Sleep Now feature I suggest not using that and just go to sleep and the blaze will automatically track it for you.

I was experiencing the issue of the stages no longer showing up and made no sense all of a sudden.  So I decided to change the wrist to my non-dominant but kept my watch on the what I believe is my dominant hand and it is now working  I have been received the stages for the past 4 days now.

I'm having the exact same problem! It was tracking fine until last weekend. Since Saturday it hasn't tracked at all. I tried making it more sensitive and restarting it but nothing seems to work...

It's not tracking my sleep at all. I hadn't changed any settings on the blaze itself. I did setup sleep goals in the app though.

The last night is showed my sleep was Sunday night. I like knowing the stages but if it would at least tell me how long I slept I would be mostly okay with that.
