Not giving accurate data

My blaze is not giving accurate sleep data. I tried moving it too sensitive and I am still having no luck. My heart rate monitor is also on all the time even though I have it set to auto.  When I have the watch off it is still blinking green. I have tried shutting down and restarting my blaze and have had no luck.

Welcome to the Community @EmyJayne and thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself.

Regarding the sleep, I recommend taking a look at this post, where our friend @FerdinandFitbit is providing some tips to have a better sleep information. Now about the heart rate sensor, please confirm you did the following to restart your Blaze:

  1. Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

Hope to hear from you soon. Woman Happy
