Blaze not tracking steps accurately

My Blaze does not count steps correctly, tracks about 50% of steps tracked by phone. Last hr and phone matched steps. How do I fix?

If your step count isn't being accurate, I recommend adjusting your stride length information, restart your tracker, walk 100 steps and let me know how many the tracker registered.
