Blaze not tracking

Blaze is crapl doesn’t count all my steps . Both Hubby and I brought these and would never buy a fitbit again. Our old fitbits worked better than the blaze.

Sorry you are having problems. Have you done a restart?

Do it at least 3 times.

Restart

Have you done a walking test? Use activity mode walk and start it. Then walk and Count 100 steps. See what the results are
