Blaze not turning on

Recently, my Blaze has been having some issue with the screen. It often requires a reset by holding the left and bottom right button to restart to get screen to come on again. I had realized it was a screen issue because I get vibrating feedback when holding the buttons and it still syncs too. Once in a while though, it does get to a point where it doesn’t track. Any ideas? I’ve never swam or showered with this, maybe sweat a lot from work outs. No known damage that I know of.
