My blaze will only work when it is on the charger. I am able to connect to the app through Bluetooth but only when my fitbit blaze is plugged into the charger. The screen displays that it is fully charged, but once i remove it from the charge cradle it doesn't work at all. I have attempted to reset but nothing happened. Can anyone help?
