Blaze not working out of the cradle

Hi, please help me, when I am trying to do the setup of my Fitbit Blaze once it is connected to charger it works fine as soon as I remove my device from charger the display goes off. Even the sensor light are not working.

 

Please help me with this issue.

A warm welcome to the Community @Abhi_Karn. If your tracker is not illuminating outside the cradle, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

 

  1. Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

Please help. No one from Fitbit is getting back to me. 

 

The exact same thing is happening to mine, but the restart is not doing anything. 

There is no update available.
