Welcome...you will be getting lots of canned bs responses about how to fix your blaze, and nothing will work.  Good luck....I fixed the problem....I went out and replaced my useless fitbit because I am not giving this company any more of my money (5 years and 5 devices later, loyalty doesn't mean anything to them).

My blaze also stopped working this week. I followed all steps in the forum (charging, cleaning, reset, etc) and nothing worked. Customer service was very nice but only offered a discount to purchase a new one. Disappointed nothing else can be done and this product didn't last longer.

My Blaze stopped working this week as well. 2 years = 2 Blaze. Now researching other options. Their warranty sucks and their products do not last. For the money you spend on a device they need to back it better with a good warranty. Pitiful.

I think  they design them so that they all stop working after 2yrs . Disgusting

Best way to fix it is to get a new unit through Samsung or Apple where they support their products. I have had nothing but trouble and after purchasing my Blaze, found out it had been discontinued just a month or so after purchase. The best part is that their warranty won't let you use your 50% off credit to upgrade to a comparable supported device... You can only get a lesser model. I agree with all the people stating that Fitbit does not stand behind their customers or their products for that matter.

Hi @CCotelle13, good to see you around!

I totally understand your concern, however, I'd like to clarify that recently, we've updated the discount options for users that are out of warranty so that they can take advantage of purchasing the Fitbit Ionic with a 40% discount.

If you'd like to take advantage of it, let me know and I'll be happy to help you with it!

Hey @Gogoi, thanks for the update!

It's great to hear that you have received a discount. If you are interested in using it, in this page you will be able to compare all our products, maybe there's one that meet your needs.

Happy stepping! Robot Happy

I would like Answers as well. This is rediculous. Battery is stated to last 5 days. Mine won't even stay charged for an 8 hour work day! So what's the point in having this device, spending my hard earned money on something that isn't going to function as promised! I've always had fit bit but with the lack of support in fixing this issue and after spending so much money with Fit bit I'm DONE!!! SAMSUNG GEAR is looking at getting a new long term customer!
