For the last 3 days my Blaze frequently automatically goes to the Notification screen and tells me that music is loading. I use TIdal and bluetooth headphones so I don't control music with my Blaze. I don't like Notifications on my Blaze, so I have turned them off. I have reset my Blaze 3 times. I have Removed my Blaze, I then reset it 3 times (btw, what's magical about resetting it 3 times?). I setup my Blaze again. Nothing works. Is there a secret ninja level 11 solution I haven't tried yet?
Thanks!
Greg

For the last 3 days my blaze keeps popping on the notification screen all day long sometime 20 to 30 times an hour and have not found a way to stop it keeps draining battery I have had this tracker 19 months and this happened for about 2 days 6 months ago(only happened 10 to 15 times then) and then stopped. now going on for 3 days and seems to have no end in sight. I don't see the app causing the problem as I have reset the watch, the app and turned off all notifications and it is still popping up on the watch. Please help as this is very annoying with watch vibrating all day long and have to recharge every 10-12 hours as this is draining battery.
Alejandra,
Do you know if a cause and solution was found for the above issue? I have the exact same problem with my Blaze randomly switching to the notification screen and vibrating and the corresponding quick battery drain. Mine originally did it a few months ago and I reset the watch and app a few times and it stopped for a couple months but it started again a few days ago. Thanks in advance for any pointers! I appreciate it 🙂

problem and I ended up getting a replacement Blaze on E Bay found a site
that had new replacement Blaze with no accessories for $80

I am having the exact same issue and even activated a playlist in my phone whilst in a meeting!!
this has happened on 2 separate, non-consecutive days and on both ocassions drained the battery within an hour!
is there a way to prevent this from happening?!
My Blaze just started randomly popping up the notification screen (I have it set to OFF for notifications) and the little light in the bottom corner keeps showing like the button is being pushed but it's not. I try to shut down and it automatically turns back on again! Draining the battery life quickly. Other than trying to reset and clean out any junk that might be messing with the sensors, I can't get it to stop.
Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks!
I need an answer to this question badly. Fitbit Blaze started going to the notifications all caught up pop up screen many times a minute and it drains the battery from full to zero in less than 2 hours! Need help with mine asap please! And my heart rate counter no longer works too!
Alejandra I need a question answered about my fitbit blaze. My blaze has started flashing the notifications all caught up pop up screen and its killing the battery very quickly. Also my heart rate tracker stopped reading my pulse around the same time too. I'm set up with the virgin pulse program at my work, and I'm losing points daily for each day of steps I miss. Need help asap please! 🙂
Sorry didn't mean to post twice haha

Best AnswerIt doesn’t look like anyone is going to answer or even say they’re not going to answer. I’m having the same issue now and the response from Customer Support was worthless. All they would offer is 25% another Fitbit.
I’m now having this problem. The device is only 10 months old. It’s been a real pain, with the thing vibrating and lighting up every two seconds while at the movies earlier. Tried all the troubleshooting and to no avail. With no response from customer service, I decided on my own what I should do next—buy a different brand of tracker. Thanks!
Same issue for me, done all the resets etc but no joy.
Battery life is disappearing before my eyes.
Any chance of anyone replying or is this now a problem they cannot fix so this thread is being ignored.
I have bought several fitbits through the years but might be time to try another brand I guess.
Any response very welcome ..........
