A warm welcome to the Community @Shelly970 and @Lindss! I would like you to restart your tracker and test your tracker to see if it vibrates. Just go to the Blaze display > scroll until stopwatch > tap on the play button and see if it vibrates after the restart.
Hope this helps!

I have just moved up from a charge HR to a Blaze. Had I seen the comments about the vibration I probably would have purchased something other than a Fitbit.
VERY disappointed. The vibration is totally useless. And the fact that Fitbit has no plans to correct it sure does not leave a warm cozy feeling. I feel betrayed by Fitbit.
I believe that to "correct this" as you put it, will require a larger motor and a larger weight to spin. This will require a redesign of the Blaze, with most likely a larger case.
Basically to make a stronger vibration will require spinning an heaavier weight.

Best AnswerI have been wrangling this Blaze since I purchased it for Christmas 2017. First, I was able to troubleshoot how to get the alarm to actually make me up (received a great suggestion here to set 5 in a row). Then I couldn't figure out how to get the alarm to sound every day as it was set to do. (Another suggestion made to turn them all off daily. Sync watch. Turn them all back on. Sync watch. Tedious, but at least that has been working now for two days.)
Now, I've realized that my notifications no longer work. I randomly will get one or two of them, but not all that I used to. Never changed the settings. It just decided to not give me anymore. I'm sitting here getting a call on my phone and my watch (within three feet of the phone) says nothing. So I restarted the phone (following the advice here) and also turned off Notifications. Synced watch. Turned on all notifications. Synced watch.
I'm growing more and more discouraged with this watch. I never had such problems with my Charge HR and I had an OLD one. I have never had to babysit and program and reprogram a tool as much as this one just to get basic things to work. Very disappointed. Too bad we can't receive some compensation for pain and suffering having to work through the bugs Fitbit kept in this device. (Isn't this what they pay quality control to work through BEFORE selling these devices?)

Welcome to the Community @reallywhynot. I would like you to restart your Blaze and then test the vibration motor by setting an alarm or hitting your main goal. Just make sure the alarm was set successfully and then test it.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Welcome to the Community @Symontra. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.
In this case, I would like you to confirm you've tested the vibrator motor by doing the steps mentioned in this article: Why didn't my Fitbit device alert me?
Let me know how it goes. I'll be around if you need further assistance.
